The hotel rooms are a little dated, located near the elevators which can be noisy, and seem to need some attention as they are a tad worn. However, the service is helpful and accommodating, and the location offers mental therapy with beautiful views overlooking San Antonio and its green gardens. The dining experience is mixed, with a delicious steak option but some issues with quality and timing. Overall, the facilities are decent but could use some improvement in upkeep and service efficiency.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although needing an update, were a good size and comfortable. The service went beyond my expectations, with attention to detail and friendly staff. The location was perfect for adults, clean, and immaculate. The dining experience at Sweet Fire was delicious. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
The hotel is conveniently located near each other, offering a nice attempt to spruce up the somewhat dingy rooms with quality amenities. The service is superbly friendly, even though at times it lacks communication. The location gives you a distinct experience, making it ideal for certain events, but unsupervised activities by guests can be a downside.
